Our Approach

Our Philosophy

At One Body Pilates Rehabilitation, we pride ourselves in providing the absolute best healthcare by offering each patient one-on-one physical therapy treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, designed to their specific needs for the full treatment.  We care about the health of our patients and want everyone who joins the One Body team to be able to live life to it's fullest through a healthy, well-functioning body.  We also value our patients' time and ensure that each minute of treatment is spent working toward making changes in their body to reach their goals.

Our Story

Our Story

One Body Pilates Rehabilitation was created to provide individuals a chance to prevent and recover from injuries in a timely manner - allowing them to return to fully enjoying life activities sooner.  Our team is focused on treating one patient at a time, allowing the patient to work with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full session and really address the underlying causes of injury, pain and movement difficulties.  We use a combination of Pilates exercises and general Physical Therapy, including manual therapy, stretching and general exercises to treat our patients.  Each patient is provided with a plan of care that is specific to their body, their limitations and their goals.
