Back Pain
With majority of people experiencing back pain at some point in their life, we believe it is important to give you the tools to prevent back pain in your life and get rid of it if you already experience back pain. It is our belief that with spine mobility, flexibility, core strength and postural awareness, you can cure your back pain.
Start by educating yourself about your back and beginning some beginner Pilates exercises you can do at home on your own.
Pregnancy
Pregnant or thinking of trying to become pregnant? What better way to take care of your body than to prepare it for carrying a baby (both inside your belly and out)? Learn pregnant-safe exercises to do to strengthen your core, including your pelvic floor. Prevent injury during and after pregnancy and prep your body for a quick bounce-back once your baby is born.

There are several people in this world on medications to treat anxiety and/or depression. It is our belief that one can help control their anxiety/depression with Pilates. Pilates has a mind-body-spirit connection involved that you may find surprisingly helpful.
